ALARM GLASSES
These laminates incorporate an electrically conductive circuit applied to the inner surface of the outer ply of the laminate. Being a multi-ply laminated these laminates will not disintegrate on impact and will remain integral within the frame. The circuit within the laminate is normally concealed behind the glazing bead after installation leaving the glass looking perfectly clear, no unsightly tapes or contacts.
The laminated glass is supplied with leads suitable for linking to any standard alarm system. An attack on any part of the surface of the glass will activate the system. This laminated glass combines the effectiveness of an integral tamper proof detector with the physical strength of a laminated glass.
This laminated
glass can be glazed into a door that will accept a 7.5mm glass thickness. Areas for applications include Windows, Doors, Display Cabinets, Drugs Cabinets and any place where low level glazing leaves areas vulnerable.
As a multi-ply laminated unit this glass can be manufactured to meet the clients specification including bullet resistant.
